New to Stallion?
We want to welcome you! Here you will find information and forms you will need to set
up water/sewer, trash and mail delivery services. You can download the forms (pdf format) and fill them out prior to arriving at the district office. All applicable fees are due at the
time of service.
You will need to come to the CSD office to sign paperwork for your services. There is a fee
of
$20.80 for water service and $25.00 for mail delivery service. These
are both one-time fees. You will also sign for and receive two mail
keys. Please note, you can duplicate the
keys at two of the local hardware stores.
Renters
You will need to come to the CSD office to sign paperwork for your services. There is a fee
of $20.80 if the water is locked off. We will set up your mail service at this time, if applicable.
You will need to come to the CSD office to sign paperwork for service to your listed home.
We need a copy of the assignment of the home to you and/or your agency. We will put the account in your real estate company's name as the responsible party. There is a $50.00 fee
to unlock the water. All past due balances are due at this time.
