Stallion Springs runs its own Parks and Recreation Department that is not part of the Tehachapi Valley Recreation and Parks Department.  Contact the District office 661-822-3268 for more information.

JOB OPENING:
Lifeguards needed.  The Stallion Springs pool will be opening soon and we will be hiring lifeguards for the summer. $10.00 per hour.  Apply now at the District office, or call for more information.

NEW!  INSANITY FITNESS CLASSES
We are pleased to announce that INSANITY fitness classes are coming to Stallion Springs! INSANITY is a high intensity, whole body workout. By using MAX interval training, INSANITY pushes you to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism.  Exercises are modified for all fitness levels.  This class will be taught by Certified INSANITY Fitness Instructor, Cristy  Libatique.
This class will be offered in a 30 and 60 minute class sessions each week.
 
 
NEW!  TURBO KICK CLASS
We are pleased to announce a new fitness class on Monday nights 7:15-8:15pm.
 
With cardio kickboxing and body sculpting dance moves choreographed to the hottest music mixes, you'll get lean and toned--and have a blast doing it!  It's high intensity, fast-paced, and fun!

Popcorn will be available.  Bring your own snacks, comfy chairs, and blankets and cuddle up to watch a family-friendly movie.
 

DANCE CLASSES
Tap, Jazz, Clogging, Hip Hop, Ballet, and now Line Dancing!  Ages 4 thru Adult.
Tuition: $35/month for 2 classes or $250 paid in full. Second child discounts.  Register at CSD or call Sara 661-330-2809 with any questions.
 
 
KID'S CRAFT

SKATE NIGHT
Open to all ages. Helmet required if under 16 years old.  Scooters, skates and penny boards are acceptable.  Food is available for purchase.
Sundays:  April 13th, April 27th, May 4th, May 25th
6-8 pm in the Gym.  FREE.
 
OPEN GYM - FREE
Tuesday evenings 5:00-7:00 pm
Thursday evenings 5:00 - 7:00 pm
Friday evenings from 3-6 pm
 
ADULT BASKETBALL
FREE adult basketball pick-up games every Sunday from 3:00-6:00 pm.
 
 
 
 
ACTIVITIES 
Activities include... Community Christmas, Christmas Caroling, Breakast with Santa, Kid's Craft, Skate Night, Dance Classes, Library Storytime, Family Movie Night, and new Open Gym on Saturdays. 
 
Trunk or Treat
An annual treat for the children and adults of our community, that has been enjoyed for over 18 years!  Held on Halloween evening, cars line up in the gymnasium parking lot all decorated and ready to pass out candy to the children.  This event is often accompanied by a haunted house, games, food, music, setup by community volunteers.

Day passes are available at CSD office $3 res/ $5 non-res.
Chevron has $5 passes only.
Passes are NOT sold at the pool.

Water Aerobics
Beginning June 3rd, weather permitting

20 use pass $90 resident/ $130 non-resident

Adult Lap Swimming
MWF, 8am-9am, and 6pm-7pm
10 use pass $10
Note:  Pool will close at 6:30pm for non-attendance.
